For the same drop, this spread is about half as much again as with 12°, and that leverage holds the front wheel when it slides out.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe tops also sit 18 mm above the stem clamp. With a 71° head angle, the same height in spacers would raise the bar by about 17 mm but also pull it back by about 6 mm. The rise brings your torso up without changing the reach. The limit: KS publishes neither reach nor drop.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eKS designed it for gravel, from the rise to the flare.
