The brushing holds a thin layer of air against the skin, and the fleece dries quickly, which matters when you pull them back on after a climb. They are shaped with the elbow already bent: on the hoods, the fabric follows your arm instead of pulling at the crease.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe right way to wear them: tuck the top of each warmer under the jersey sleeve, so no strip of skin shows when you stretch your arms out. Pick the size from your height: too big, they bunch at the elbow and let the air in.
