What does “On order” mean?

The item is not in stock at the workshop. You order and pay for it like an item in stock, and we order it straight away from our supplier.

What is the lead time for an item on order?

The lead time shown runs until the item reaches our workshop. We check it, then ship it with the usual delivery. The lead time is shown again in your cart and at checkout.

My order mixes items in stock and on order: how is it shipped?

We wait for the item on order so we can send everything in one go.

What if the supplier is late?

If a supplier cannot meet the stated lead time, we let you know. You can then wait or cancel your order and get a refund.

Where do you ship to?

To France, Europe and a selection of countries worldwide, with home delivery by Colissimo or Chronopost, or Mondial Relay pick-up points for small items. Complete bikes are delivered by Geodis. The list of countries. For the French overseas territories and other destinations, contact us before ordering: we look at each request case by case.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are shown at checkout, before you confirm the order: by weight for components and accessories, at a flat rate for framesets, wheels and bikes. All about shipping

How can I track my order?

You get a tracking number by email as soon as the order ships, and the status of your orders is in your account.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, with PayPal Pay in 4 for eligible amounts. Payment and financing

Is payment secure?

Yes. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal, and MAAKE never stores your card details.

How do I return an item?

You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind. Write to us with your order number. Returns and withdrawal

What warranty do my products have?

A 2-year legal guarantee on the whole catalogue, plus the brand's warranty where there is one. If something goes wrong, we deal with the brand. Warranty and after-sales
