On order

How it works

This item is not in stock at the workshop. You order and pay for it like an item in stock, and we order it straight away from our supplier.

Lead time

The lead time shown runs until the item reaches our workshop. We check it, then ship it with the usual delivery. The lead time is shown again in your cart and at checkout.

Mixed cart

If your order also contains items in stock, we wait for the item on order so we can send everything in one go.

Delays

If a supplier cannot meet the stated lead time, we let you know. You can then wait or cancel your order and get a refund.
