Payment and financing

You pay online when you order, including for an item on order. Prices are in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping. The price that applies is the one shown when you confirm the order.

Payment methods

• Card: Visa, Mastercard and the other cards shown at checkout.
• Mobile payment: Apple Pay, Google Pay. You confirm with your fingerprint or face, without typing in your card.
• PayPal, and PayPal Pay in 4 for eligible amounts.

The methods available for your order are shown at checkout. The amount is charged when you confirm the order.

Paying in instalments

With PayPal Pay in 4, you pay in four instalments, subject to approval by PayPal, which sets the eligible amounts and the conditions. You choose it at checkout by selecting PayPal. MAAKE plays no part in the approval decision.

For a complete bike or a large order, write to us: we will work out a suitable solution with you.

Credit is a commitment and must be repaid. Check that you can afford the repayments before committing.

Security

Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal on PCI-DSS certified servers. MAAKE never stores your card details. Strong customer authentication (3D Secure) protects card payments.

Order confirmation

Your order is confirmed by email. We may suspend or cancel it if the payment is declined, if we suspect fraud (we may then ask you for proof of identity) or if the site shows an obvious pricing error. In that case, we let you know and refund in full any amount already charged.

Invoice

An invoice is available for every order: ask for it at contact@maake.cc. For an invoice in your company's name, enter the company name in the “Company” field of the billing address when you order.
