On a one-piece cockpit, only the height can still be adjusted, with spacers. So add the length of your stem and the reach of your handlebar: a 100 mm stem and an 80 mm reach put your hands about 180 mm from the steerer. The Superlogic Butano Ridge in 100 mm, with its 73 mm reach, puts them at 173 mm, 7 mm closer. For width, measure your handlebar at the same point as the brand: Kreuza and Ritchey measure at the hoods, WinSpace centre to centre.
An integrated cockpit sits on the top of the headset, and that top changes from one frame to another. The Kreuza Apex needs the Kreuza adapter for your frame, one part per model, except on an Evolve CIMA, whose top cap is designed for it. The Butano Ridge fits a Ritchey Switch headset, or, with its adapter, an FSA, Token, ENVE, Acros or standard 1-1/8" headset: these parts are in headsets. The HYPER 2 Riser fits as it is on a recent WinSpace frame; on other frames, WinSpace lists the top cap model by model.
On the road, the Kreuza Apex takes a 16 mm NACA profile at its thinnest section, and Kreuza claims 4.5 W less drag in simulation. The HYPER 2 Riser moulds 40 mm of rise into the carbon: an integrated cockpit without a cramped position. On gravel, everything happens in the drops. The Kreuza Apex GR flares the drops by 14.6°: over 115 mm of drop, each hand moves out by about 30 mm, and a 385 mm bar is held at around 445 mm in the drops, a lever arm about 15% longer when the front wheel slides. Its interface for extensions is moulded in; the Butano Ridge does not take them.
No, it depends on the top of the headset. Depending on the model, it sits on a stock top cap designed for it, on a dedicated headset or with an adapter listed frame by frame: each product page gives the list.
Only the height, with the spacers under the cockpit. The width and stem length are moulded in: you choose them when you order, based on your current cockpit.
On the Kreuza Apex GR, yes: the mount is moulded into the handlebar and the extensions do not clamp the carbon. The Ritchey Superlogic Butano Ridge does not accept them.
