    Description

    The Q36.5 seamless neck cover is made for the coldest days of autumn and winter, from -5 °C to 6 °C according to the brand. Around your neck, it closes the gap between collar and helmet; pulled up over your head, it becomes a headband for your ears.

    Knitted entirely without seams from polyamide, polyester and elastane, it weighs 47 g. Q36.5 wants it to insulate without overheating and gives it its top rating for insulation, breathability and wind protection.

    It is on the descents that your neck and ears pay the price: at 5 °C and 50 km/h, the wind chill gives close to -1 °C on bare skin. Set off with the neck cover tucked under your collar; at the top, pull it up over your ears as a headband before you drop into the descent. It leaves the top of your head uncovered: to cover everything under the helmet, switch to the Balaclava.

    Q36.5 makes it in Italy and designs it for the bike as much as for after the ride. We chose it because a single piece moves from your neck to your ears as the road demands.
