    Description

    The Cybrei 2X Chainring Bolt Kit fixes a road double chainring to a four- or five-arm spider or crank. Five bolts, five nuts, in eight colours to match the crankset to the rest of the bike.

    The bolts are slightly longer than a standard chainring bolt set: this is the set Cybrei pairs with its own chainrings. Machined from 7075-T6 aluminium, one bolt and its nut weigh 1.9 g, 9.5 g for the complete set.

    Aluminium calls for method: lightly grease the threads, start each bolt by hand, then tighten in a cross pattern with a torque wrench to the torque engraved on the head, 7 to 8 N·m. On a 4-arm spider such as Cybrei's Standard Spider, the fifth bolt and nut stay in reserve. This kit is made for a double chainring, not a single chainring.

    Cybrei machines it for its chainrings and spiders. MAAKE offers it in eight colours to finish a Cybrei crankset without mismatched bolts.
