    Description

    The Hope Seat Clamp Bolt clamps the seatpost with an M6 stainless bolt with a spherical seat, and its nut. They self-align and spread the force over a wide clamping area: according to Hope, the post isn't damaged and a dropper post keeps working fully.

    The diameter is chosen from the frame's seat tube, not from the seatpost: Hope requires a tube within ±0.5 mm of the clamp size. Tighten to 6 N·m with a 4 mm key, slightly less if the dropper post no longer slides freely. The body is shared with the quick-release version.
