    The legs are cut from a high-density woven fabric, with progressive compression along the thigh. It holds the muscle on every pedal stroke without restricting movement, and according to Q36.5 this reduces muscle fatigue.

    A silver thread is woven into the fabric. It helps the shorts dry quickly and gives them an antibacterial effect, useful when hot rides come one after another.

    The straps stretch gently and follow the contours of the torso. They hold the shorts in place without creating pressure points.

    No elastic band or silicone at the leg ends: the hem is raw-cut. It stays in place however hard you ride, with no pressure point on the thigh.

    At the back, a panel of high-density woven fabric adds compression over the lower back and glutes. The pelvis is more stable on the saddle, and for Q36.5 that stability translates into power.

    Description

    The Q36.5 Dottore Pro Women are bib shorts for long summer rides and endurance work, from 18 °C. Their women's cut has been refined to reduce pressure on the abdominal and genital area.

    Their case rests on the fabric: a high-density woven fabric with progressive compression, which holds the muscle without restricting it. At 90 rpm, each leg lengthens and contracts 5,400 times an hour, a repetition the compression supports: according to Q36.5, it reduces muscle fatigue. At the back, a high-density woven panel stabilises the pelvis.

    On the bike, the Q LAB Air insert follows your changes of position. Judge the size in riding position, hands on the hoods, not standing up, because bib shorts are cut for a forward-leaning torso. The insert should cover your sit bones without creasing, and the hem should neither ride up nor dig into the thigh. Below 18 °C, see our other bib shorts.
