    Description

    The Q36.5 Hybrid leg warmers are worn with bib shorts, for mid-season rides that start at around 8 °C. They cover the leg from thigh to ankle while the day warms up, then go into a pocket: 91 g in size M.

    They are cut from a micro-brushed fleece, soft against the skin and quick to dry. Above all, they are shaped with the knee already bent. At 90 rpm, the knee bends 5,400 times an hour: a straight leg warmer would fight every one of those bends, this one follows the movement.

    Your knees and shins are what take the air head-on. At 8 °C and 30 km/h, the wind chill index gives close to 4 °C on bare skin. To keep them in place, tuck the top under the leg of your bib shorts: its gripper holds them up. Below 8 °C, switch to the Dottore Hybrid bib tights, designed for 5 to 15 °C.

    Q36.5 makes them in Italy, in the same fleece as the Hybrid arm warmers. We chose them for those weeks when the mornings are cold and the afternoons still mild.
