    Up to three housings, wires or hoses enter under the stem, pass through the Switch spacers and then the top of the headset. They reach the frame without going through the bearings.

    A reversible mount sits in the front clamp and stays invisible until you need it. It takes a GPS computer, a camera or a power meter head unit. Its insert is supplied and must stay fitted.

    The clamp is based on Ritchey's C220, widened to 49.8 mm for more stiffness. Its clamping area is turned a few degrees downwards, which keeps the top of the stem flatter.

    Description

    The WCS Switch fits with the Switch headset and Switch spacers, or with a WCS Switch adapter. The adapter installs it on an FSA, Token, ENVE IN-Route, Acros or standard 1-1/8" headset with external routing. Without these parts, the system does not work.

    It hides up to three cables: rear brake, derailleur, electronic drivetrain or dropper post. They run under the stem, through the front of the spacers, then through two channels in the headset and into the frame.

    This path bypasses the bearings, so no housing rubs on them. In the workshop, the spacers go on and come off without disconnecting a cable, so adjusting bar height means neither cutting a hose nor bleeding a brake.

    Ritchey designs stem, headset and spacers as a single system. MAAKE offers it for a cockpit with no visible cables, with the handlebar of your choice rather than an integrated cockpit.
