    Description

    The Cyclite Handle Bar Roll Bag 02 carries at the front what you only need at the bivouac: tent, sleeping mat, warm clothes. 12.6 L strapped under the handlebar, where they balance a loaded saddle bag.

    The roll-top opens at both ends: you load and find things from whichever end suits you. A valve pushes the air out as you close it, and the bag hugs its contents instead of shifting under the straps. The four-point mount holds it on a narrow handlebar as well as on a flared one, and a supplied foam spacer keeps external cable housings clear.

    On a road handlebar, the usable width is what is left between your hands, and compression straps pull the two ends together to free up the levers. Do the maths before loading: at 17 cm in diameter, a bag rolled down to 40 cm still holds about 9 L. You also need 21 cm between the top of the handlebar and the tyre.

    Cyclite welds it from its fabric coated on both sides, which rinses clean under a hose after a muddy stage. At MAAKE, we see it as the core piece of a bike loaded for several nights.
